2. Measure your bust
   At the fullest part, with the measuring tape resting loosely.
3. Work out the difference
   Bust measurement minus underbust measurement. 16 to 18 cm (about 6 to 7 inches) gives cup C.

Does it run small? Should I order a size up?
No, it fits true to size and follows real German bra sizing. Measure your underbust and bust and use the size chart. If you're between two underbust sizes, choose the smaller one: the underbust band does the support work.

Can you see it under a tight T-shirt?
The cups are seamless and double-layer, with no padded edge and no decorative seam on the cup. Under light and white tops, beige is much less noticeable than black.

Does it still support well in cups D, E, or F?
Yes, for everyday wear. The support mainly comes from the underbust band, which is why the right underbust size is so important. It shapes and supports, but it's intentionally not meant to look like a push-up. It's not designed for running or HIIT.

Does it flatten the bust?
No. The double-layer, molded cups maintain your natural shape. Unpadded means it doesn't add bulk, but it also doesn't press anything flat, unlike single-layer bralettes that really do flatten.

Does the underbust band roll up?
Not in the right size. Riding up almost always comes from a band that's too loose and is looking for support on the ribcage. The elastic band distributes pressure evenly instead of concentrating it in individual spots.

Delicate cycle at 30°C (86°F) in a laundry bag or hand wash. No fabric softener, no dryer, air dry. Ideally, don't wear it two days in a row, as the elastane needs time to recover.
