Ich wollte meine Alltagsmesser nicht gleich ersetzen, war aber bei einem Schärfer skeptisch. Das Paket kam unbeschädigt an, und ich habe mir die Anleitung zuerst vollständig angesehen. Nach dem ersten Versuch ließ sich meine Paprika sauberer schneiden. Für mich hat sich die kleine Lernrunde gelohnt.
Gut für meine gewöhnlichen Küchenmesser, nachdem ich die Bedienung verstanden hatte. Ein paar zusätzliche Beispiele in der Anleitung wären trotzdem hilfreich.
Ich hatte bisher immer Respekt vorm Messerschärfen, aber mit diesem Teil klappt es angenehm einfach. Ein paar ruhige Durchgänge und meine oft genutzten Messer fühlen sich wieder deutlich präziser an. Das Gerät liegt stabil beim Arbeiten. Für meine Küche echt praktisch.
