14-Day Reflection Period (Right of Withdrawal)
Of course, it may happen that you want to return your order because it does not meet your expectations or because you may prefer a different size or color after all.
Legally, after receiving your order you have 14 days to return it; this is referred to as the “right of withdrawal”. These 14 days start from the moment you receive your package. Inform us that you wish to return the item, or register your return via our contact form. This will then be considered the “withdrawal date”. We will refund your money within 14 days.
How can I exchange products?
If you would like to exchange the ordered product for a different size or color, that is absolutely no problem! Simply complete our contact form , state your order number (starting with #DECO...), and let us know which product you would like to exchange.
How can I return items?
Inform us of your return via the contact form. This allows us to process the refund immediately.

- Follow the return instructions and take the package to a parcel drop-off point.
- Send the package to our return address.
- We will refund your money within 14 days after you have informed us of your intention to return.
IMPORTANT: If you do not inform us in advance about the return and do not use the return form, we cannot refund the costs. This is because we cannot identify that the package is yours. To be on the safe side, please complete the contact form in advance. This way, we can ensure everything goes smoothly.
Cancellation of orders
You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. Our order processing starts automatically after 2 hours, which unfortunately makes cancellation no longer possible after that point. You can of course return the package once you have received it.
Exceptions for returns
For items on sale, clearance, or promotion, Dekotic does not offer an exchange or refund option. This also applies if you make a purchase through our bundles.
Products that come into contact with human skin, such as (but not limited to) underwear, lingerie, swimwear (bikinis, swimsuits, swim trunks), hair clippers, razors, hair care products, skincare products, earrings, manicure products, pedicure products, false eyelashes, and makeup accessories cannot be returned due to the hygienic nature of the product.
What to do in case of a defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that your product is damaged during transport. In such cases, please be sure to contact us.
In such cases, we will always send a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Does the product arrive defective a second time as well? This chance is very small. But in that case, we will of course refund the full purchase price.
The sender is responsible
The sender of a package is always responsible, including for returns. Therefore, always provide us with a Track & Trace code and include the return slip with the return shipment to avoid issues.
