We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
Shipping Your Order

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:
- After you have placed your order, we need 1 - 2 business days to process it. During the week it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or on the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Once your order is processed, it is shipped and takes on average 4 to 6 business days for delivery.
If you have placed an order with us, you can see after just a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive your personal tracking code by email, with which you can track your order via our tracking partner. How this works can be found on our Track & Trace page.

Defective Product?
That is very unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot grant a refund. Does it go wrong a second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.
How to Place an Order
The ordering process at Decotik is very simple. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to the shopping cart. To do this, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
It is important here that you check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" field. On the information page, you must enter the correct address details. Please make sure that all information is correct. Once this information is correctly filled out, you can click on the "Continue to Shipping" button.
The "Shipping" page gives you the opportunity to review the entered address details once again. It also points out that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a sign of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to Payment" field.
For payment options, you can choose between various payment methods. On Decotik.de all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

After you have chosen the correct payment method, you must click on the "Complete Order" button, after which you will be redirected to the payment method you selected. Package Lost?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return. If the order has not arrived 60 days after shipping, the order can be refunded.
